Even though you feel that you need to be a controlling freak of a Sys-Admin, and don't trust people until you meet them face-to-face until you trust them, doesn't me you're a paranoid control freak of a man.

Today I've found that the lack of trust coming from the other admin in another office has made me question the reason why he does things. Why continue to be like this after 3 months of working at a company that has 6 other offices besides your own? There is a balance between your office, the head office where I work, and the other secondary office in another market. I'm at the point now where I feel the absolute need to fly to his office and stick my face in his direct line of sight and say "Now get off your high horse and get down to some real work. Now that you've met me STFU."
